About the Founder
Darya Bailey is a developing scholar whose work centers on systems thinking, societal influence, and behavioral patterns in modern society. With a bachelor ’s-level foundation in psychology and continued training as a Public Health MPH candidate, her work connects the study of human behavior with a growing commitment to public health, population well-being, and the social conditions that influence people, businesses, society, and communities. Through her work, she explores how psychological science intersects with cultural, educational, workplace, business, technological, public health, and societal structures. The Psychology Perspective was created to translate complex psychological research into accessible ideas that help individuals, businesses, and institutions thrive in today’s rapidly evolving world.
